Appointment

In the event of a late arrival of 15 minutes or more, it is likely your appointment will be rescheduled. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, but please understand that we have established this policy to better serve our guests.

Exchange & Return

Jewelry, hair accessories, and clothing cannot be returned.

Hair, nail, makeup or skin products may not be exchanged for credit due to shipping conflicts and manufacturing crisis as well as covid.

All tools such as curling irons, blow dryers, etc are boxed with a warranty. Please send to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Returns and exchange policies are subject to change. All returns must be handled immediately after purchase. Some exclusions apply.

Children

In consideration for their safety, as well as the comfort of our other clients, we request that children under the age of 10 are allowed only when receiving a service. We strive for a relaxed, private atmosphere, and appreciate your compliance.

Your Visit

Once you enter the building, we respectfully require that you refrain from stepping out for smoking, eating, or drinking. If you are being dropped off, we will ask for your ride’s telephone number in case of any emergencies if they are not staying in the building. Please call to make special arrangements for young children.

Only cash and credit cards will be accepted for payment. Non-essential contact such as hand shaking will be discontinued.
